ICAD Monday (Days 6 through 19)

It's ICAD Monday and I will try to slowly catch up photographing these daily index cards or ICADs.

Day 6: Scrapbook background, gifted embossed bird, rubber stamp from Mrs. O'Leary's.

Day 7: Product of Mexico.  Foreign language tab from old index card, beans, avocado, and rubber band reading Product of Mexico.

Day 8: I never promised you a rose garden.  Background of scrapbook paper, nine non-profit postage stamps and one very old 1st class rose postage stamp.

Day 9: Hope. Background using watercolors, flowers colored and fussy cut, butterfly colored and fussy cut, ransom letters spelling Hope outlined in gold ink.

Day 10: Time.  Vintage French clock faces and one gold clock hand.

Day 11: The Pleasures of Jessicalynn.  Background of left over orange paint, mixed with yellow, spine of book, and post-it marker.

Day 12: Eat your veggies.  Scrapbook paper background, magazine image, white Posca pen.

Day 13: She knew beauty when she saw it.  Background scrapbook paper, sentiment written in metallic blue gel pen, flower and leaves fussy cut from book pages, stem from scrapbook paper.

Day 14: Shake it babe.  Two gifted die cut squares, ransom words from various sources, shake from an ad.

Day 15: This way.  Background is torn wallpaper, both images from a junk mail ad on incontinence.

Day 16: Daydream every chance you get.  Scrapbook paper, painted paper, gifted sentiment.

Day 17: Define your day.  Background hand painted paper misted through a stencil, gifted vellum sentiment.

Day 18: You're a star.  Background cut from old envelope, stenciled stars, two star postage stamps, ransom book page words.

Day 19: Expect the very best (because it's) Juneteenth.  Background watercolors, three stamped images, TH paper dolls, gifted sentiment.

I have completed ICADs through June 25, but I could only stand long enough to photograph these.  Thanks for dropping by.  I'll be by today as I can.  Still reeling from whatever this bug is I caught.

Sorry to hear you are still shaky! At an artisan fair on Saturday we saw one artist who was making Artist Trading Cards like you sometimes do. The were watercolors of landscapes, and very nice, but I wouldn't have known what to do with them so did not buy any.
