It's time once again to join Sami at Sami's Colourful World and her Monday Murals. Even though it's still Sunday in my world, please be aware that Sami's mural link goes live at 10:01 a.m. my time today.
"Make ICT beautiful" is the name of this mural.
There were obviously
several muralists
responsible for 
the creation of this beautiful mural.
Although there is no indication, I believe this is one of the Avenue Arts Days projects.
I have no idea what year it was painted, but it appears to be flaking already. I also have no idea to whom to give credit for this mural, except I suspect it was created by ICT Army of Artists.

Bike paths are popping up everywhere in Toronto. But our cyclists have none of the manners of European cyclists and think they own the roads and sidewalks with no regard to pedestrians unlike in countries like Copenhagen and Amsterdam.
Lovely mural. I'm still amazed at how many there are in your city. Love it. Makes me want to visit.
