I'm back in my main floor craft room because the weather has changed dramactically.
It was even nice enough today that I was able to finish my NBA All-Star Game visual journal, do five loads of laundry, and hang them on my clothesline.
I know most of you came to see the rocking horse, and this is one that sits on my VCR (yes, I'm really old school) alongside my TV. Wow, this looks like I shot it with my old camera that took
I didn't have it on the proper setting.
As always, I ask that you please leave your number, and if you are a G+ owner with a blog that requires me to join G+ in order to leave a comment, I'll visit, but you won't know I stopped by. Since there's lots of snooping to do, I'll say thanks for the visit and see you at your or Julia's blog.

I love your journal, I am so impressed that your sewing machine can go through all those layers, not sure mine would!

how interesting to see how the weather changes so dramatically in your part of the world, Elizabeth. Seems like it was only a short time ago when your post was so full of snow!

What a change in your weather, although ours has as well and I had the door open into the garden at the weekend!
Love to see you using your sewing machine!

I'm glad the weather is improving for you. The stitched journal looks really interesting.
I am exhausted already washing, how can you mix that up with art? Now stop it immediately and go to your room and play. Love the rocking horse on the block, nice twist..
Happy WOYWW

What a tiny little guy. How do you fit that big book in your machine - does it bend? #34
Good morning,
just popping my head around the door to say Hi.
Thanks for sharing your creative place this morning and I hope you have a good and creative rest of the week.

Oh how a change of weather can make us feel so different.yes, your machine looks as it might struggle this this task. Cute little block with the rocking horse.

Glad to see you can craft in your craft room again! It must be that which caused you to miss top spot, lol! Yes, it was the new dies that my title referred to.. dies, dieing to show.. etc. The ice cream cone one is called petal point though it does look like a cone. thanks for the visit. Helen 16
Owning 3 sewing machines and a serger you would think I would add stitching to my art too. But it is something I just never started.
Your journal is (as always) amazing.
If you email me your address I'll send you a rocker.

Morning Elizabeth, gosh only #7 today you are slipping. As for me I have upped my game to #39. Nice to see you back in your craft room, can you see any grass yet then? We've had a couple of beautiful sunny spring days so DH turned the heating off in the day and I froze yesterday! I gave myself an hour before the ladies arrived to clean up my house! then sat at my harp to relax before the doorbell went. We all had a great time. I started another blog of our exploits which you might like to have a look at too.http://ccraftclub.blogspot.co.uk/ Thanks for the pre-number visit. HUGS BJ #39
Glad the weather is better for you, it's been a tough winter. Better in the UK as well, cold but dry and sunny. Love your tiny rocking horse very cute.

So pleased that we all seem to be getting a break from the weather. Five loads of laundry - do you have that many clothes!! I had a teeny panic this morning when you I had to scroll down to find you on the list..but it's all good! I love that 'E' brick with the rocking horse, what a great combo...and hey, your camera is really sharp isnt it. Glad you've had a 'main room' homecoming..bet its like visiting an old friend!
In my "just woke up state" I never noticed the fuzzy picture until I saw the clear one. Doh!
Glad the weather has changed somewhat, hope it stays that way for you. Has Bleubeard been out in the sunshine then?
Hugs, Neet 36 xx
So pleased so many of us are having a change in the weather-and for the good too. 5 loads of washing....I am exhausted just reading that!
Kyla #38
I love your journal and can't believe your machine will go through that much paper - I get through so many needles sewing on paper, and my machine gets bad tempered if I ask too much of it! I love the little rocking horse on the wooden stamp too - so cute!
Hope you have a good week,
Diana #57
Journal is looking lovely and so pleased for you the weather has turned so you can once more inhabit your crafty space. Can Gelli print play be far behind? I think not....
Happy WOYWW!

Neat rocking horse. That's a lot of layers for your machine, I'm impressed. And yes, things are looking up in the Uk as well, have just done a tour of the garden and think it will be warm enough for lunch or afternoon coffee outside today. Already looking forward to it! Happy WOYWW Cindy #58
The bears stopped by for a weekly rocking horse picture for sure. Desks? Everyone has those, but not every one has rocking horses too.
We're @74 this week :)
On a previous post.. I think I recall a comment about a rocking horse. Would you like a flat blue gingham 2 inch rocking horse? If so leave mailing address. Thanks for sharing Carole #68
Spring is coming though her footing is rather uncertain.
Happy to hear you've had some nice wather. What a great "rocker".
Darla
Cool pockets you are adding to the journal. Glad you are able to venture away from your space heater. :)
Afternoon, everyone's sewing today.
Love the diddy little rocking horse.
Chris #35.
PS how do we know if Google has hijacked our blog and expects you to join, cos I'm not sure they tell us if this is so, and if it is, I will be having words with Mr Google.
Hi Elizabeth, wow, those old wooden alphabet blocks! They bring back memories.Isn't it wonderful to be able to hang your washing outside? Not sure if the G+ thing applies with my blog- I will look and see if there are any options for circumventing it if I do not see a visit from you :) Have a great week, Hugs Shaz #37 xxx
Great to see the sewing machine in use on your journal. That rocking horse is possible the teeniest one I've seen on my visits here. Have a great week x
Fiona #87
Wacky weather eh? Look at you fearlessly throwing that journal through the sewing machine. What we do to our tools....LOL xox
Congrat on moving back to your crafting space and my you have much happy creating in there! Love the tiny little rocking horse. :-)
We still have our VCR, but only because it's the only clock in the living room, lol.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and for the nice comments.
Happy Woyww,
Sandy #2
How great to hear from you on my birthday!! (yay!) I just have no time , which is why I felt I shouldn't join in with WOYWW coz I'm up early and out walking dogs and have no time left to visit peoples desks. It's my new (Old but revamped) venture! and there's no way I can't burn the candle at both ends any more, like going to bed five minutes before I get up, I'm tooooo wacked out! Love to see your rocking horses, they do get everywhere!
Thank you for your wishes and I will TRY to visit more often!
Delighted to learn you are enjoying better weather and that you can get into your craft room again. No doubt Bleubeard is like our Bonnie and glad to be able to get out and about more too. I wish you could have seen her today ... running around like a kitten again, not the old lady she really is, while we were all out in the garden :) Hope the weather continues to be good for you. Elizabeth x #75
Yay, good weather equals happy times! Ours has been lovely this week too...I've gardened, sprayed our fences, shifted earth, saved a lot of earthworms (Daft I know, but I have to!) and crafted when I could but I feel guilty staying in when the sun is shining. So glad that you have found your way back to your craft room...hope you manage to stay there a good long while!
HUgs, LLJ 41 xx
Love the sewing of paper, always gives a nice finish.
I had a little chuckle when I spotted the toothbrush in the tool tidy. A must have tool.

Wonderfully organised desk, Elizabeth - and what a sweet little rocking horse!
Have a great week enjoying the improved weather.

Awesome pictures and post today Elizabeth! VCR...yep I have one still...DD was so embarassed a couple Christmases ago she bought me a VCR/DVD combo. Hey a lot of the movies I taped back when are coming back and I can watch them that way...quality isn't as good. I had the doors open Monday, Tuesday, and today. Love the weather wish it would come and stay around awhile...like till next winter!!!! Have a great week. Vickie #72
BTw if you want to have an inventory program the program Michael is developing will work on a desktop or laptop also!
What happened, Elizabeth? Not in NO 1 place this week. Mind you, as you can see, I am way down the list today. The weather has such a profound effect on our feelings. The sun really brings people out to enjoy life again, instead of worrying constantly about flooding etc. The spring flowers brighten up our thoughts. Glad you have managed to get back into your craft room and I hope the improvement in temperature continues for you. Have a good week. xx Maggie #85
Love the looks of the journal. Thanks for sharing!
Catiecuddles @55
Glad to hear you're able to get back into your craft room! Yay!
Hope you get to stay for awhile in the main craft room. Fab journal you're sewing on! Love the itty bitty rocker. 'Hullooo' to Bleubeard from the Girls. :) Hugs and Happy WOYWW! Nan G (just visiting no # this week)
