WOYWW 97

It's been at least four weeks since I've played in WOYWW, even though Julia, keeper of the links, has been by to visit me quite often. Now I can't promise I'll stay awake long enough to link up this week, but I'll give it a try since I'm also going to set this to post right before midnight my time. Obviously, I took this photo earlier in the evening.

I have not been making art, so my work table is quite empty, except for the rocking horse I brought in from my office.

I know these are rotten photos. What can I say? I forgot I had a carved ring I had placed around the horse's head. It wasn't hard to remove it, though,

and show that this horse is multi-functional. It is not just a fun metal horse, it's also a pencil sharpener!

I'll try to get around to as many people as I can over the course of this week. I can't believe how many people have joined in on this fun Wednesday event since I've been absent.

Hi Elizabeth

I've missed you and actually came poking by a few times to make sure you were ok! In your absence, I learned that you were actually in MY neck of the woods - and had I known in advance - and not been dealing with health issues myself - I would have LOVED to have hooked up with you! So - maybe next time! Anyway - glad to see you're back and don't be such a stranger - travels or not! (smile)

So pleased to see you back, and I am remiss at not being in touch. I fear your OWOH gift has gone astray in the mail system somewhere as, so far it hasn't arrived.... still you never know! Have a great day - though I hope you are now having your well deserved sleep.

i bought an ink spritzer thing at the craft fair last month, but i am getting in such a fankle and my hands always end up more altered than the pages lol.

neat. I saw one like that ages ago in an antique shoppe in texas.
It was super cute, but
when it came down to it, the horse lost out - i bought the globe pencil sharpener for my son instead :)
I hope you are feeling better.
At least a little?
