Today will be the final entry for Erika's theme at Art Journal Journey. I haven't played because I can't leave comments, not even on my own blog. I did, however, want to show my support at least one final time this month.
This is a two page spread in my latest altered book that was too large for the scanner. The plane is one I printed on my color laser printer. I used what seemed like a half roll of washi tape covering the words on the page. The picture of the Eiffel Tower came from a magazine with extremely thin pages. Although I used a glue stick, the picture buckled a bit. The heart was fussy cut from a Christmas card and the words were computer generated and printed on my black-only laser printer.I want to thank Erika for being such a great host this month. Not only did she create lots of incredible art, she also made sure each person was visited and thanked for their participation. She certainly showed how a good host should treat fellow participants. I am extremely pleased and proud of what she accomplished for Art Journal Journey. It's not too late to visit and create your own art, too.

Hello Elisabeth,
Great that it finally worked out!
Lovely with the Paris theme, the longing to travel there by plane, or the memories!
I hope you and your cat are well. hugs Elke

Love how the airplane came out on your page Elizabeth. That is a really gorgeous photo of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France! I can’t tell that it buckled. One of my favorite memories of Paris is the Eiffel Tower lit up at night. Thanks for sharing your artwork.
Now that would be wonderfully romantic. That plane image is very cool, and you had a great idea and layout with this page. I do really appreciate you linking up another page. Thank you. And ha ha. I just noticed Tom's comment. It made me smile. Have a wonderful rest of the month. hugs-Erika
Lovely spread. Maybe try creating a new blog?
As they say, Paris is always a good idea! Christine has a good idea about a new blog. Or a new email to comment or comment anonymously and just sign your name/ url?
That's lovely ...
All the best Jan
