Flutter

Today I'm joining Neet (whose blog is Hickydorums) once again at Art Journal Journey.  Her theme is It must have wings. This is a very short post because I will be spending the day planting herbs, cleaning pots, and planting seeds.

I give you Flutter.  For the background, I used two green, one yellow, and one orange water soluble crayons.  The light green blended better than the dark green.  I used a purple brush pen to outline the word.  The note cards were from my stash.

Thanks for dropping by today. I am thrilled you stopped by and hope to see you at Art Journal Journey and hopefully even share your own interpretation of It must have wings.

What a lovely background you have made with your water soluble crayons, it echoes the background to the note cards, especially the top one.
Two beautiful butterflies, I do not know the name of, but I am thrilled they adorn your page for my theme "it must have wings" at AJJ, for they are beautiful.
Thanks Elizabeth for taking time off from your gardening duties to inspire us with your journal page.
Hugs, Neet xxx

The background color is great. Those water soluble crayons are fun to use and do make some nice bold colors. And you can never go wrong with butterflies. Those are very pretty ones. Have fun gardening today. It's pouring rain at my house and on the colder side, stiil-it's been a wet week for the most part so enjoy the nice weather. hugs-Erika

Beautiful Elizabeth
thank you so much for your visit-hugs and happy mother's day as you are a mother to your kitties.
I have not been online as much as before-Larry had a bad fall almost 2 years ago over our rock wall so I am his caregiver now. I had gotten myself stressed and tired out, but am getting better now. Hugs from the lake Kathy
