Today I'm once again joining Erika and her bird theme at Art Journal Journey.

I have a very short post today, as I am finally working on my taxes. Yes, I'm very last minute. Yesterday I explained I started with a used file folder I cut in half, then colored with inks using my fingers. I didn't want the ink to go to waste, so tried to
cover as much as possible. The focal image, birds outside a bird cage, was cut from an old card I received years ago. I cut off the sentiment and cut around the image. After adhering it to the file folder, I added the computer generated text.
Thank you for visiting. I am really grateful you dropped by. You will also find me at
Art Journal Journey today. This is Day 13 of 22 and I recycled a card and used file folder.

Fly free indeed - and good luck with your taxes.
...fly free sounds good to me.
Good luck with your taxes -- they're never fun! I like Fly Free too!
That's a really pretty image and it makes a lovely page. I hope the taxes go well. I had them done and then the hubby wanted to dry to itemize, which of course never works out. But they are finished. Hurrah for that being done. It seems you just can't win doing them. hugs-Erika
