Snowmen

Today I'm joining the talented Sharon Fritchman who's also known as That Girl Fritchey.  As you probably know by now, Sharon's theme is Snow.

In this part of Kansas (USA), we haven't had snow this year.  While other parts of the country have had snow dumped or dusted on them, I have no way to create a snowman, except in my craft room.  Detail shots below.

I began by coloring 110 lb cardstock green using green Staz-on and 91% isopropyl alcohol.  After adhering them to the substrate, also 110 lb cardstock, I adhered the focal image I found in a calendar on how to make these in your craft room.

Bleubeard and I are delighted you joined us and hope to see you at Art Journal Journey as you share your own interpretation of Snow.

That's a great topic.
I'll try to get to it in the next few days if I have the time.

I love the quote, and it make snot only a good snowy piece, but a fun holiday piece too. For any winter holiday-which makes it even better. Hope you have wonderful Sunday. hugs-Erika

The perfect place for snowmen is in the craft room and not snowman body parts on my lawn. 😉🤣

Hi Elizabeth! I love your fun and fabulous Snow Man page. The snowmen image looks amazing against your green background. And I especially like your sentiment! It's perfect, especially because you haven't had snow yet. Thank you so much for joining my snow theme this month. Hugs, Sharon

Well, they're a happy little group of snowmen! Are you missing the snow, or are you happy to wait?
