Santa visits Weight Watchers

I'm having trouble leaving comments.  I keep getting "Failed to Publish." If you don't hear from me right away, that is why!!

I'm once again using Erika's theme at Art Journal Journey.  As you may know by now, she asks that we use the color red as the predominant color in our art.  This will be my penultimate entry at Art Journal Journey.

Today I'm visiting Santa who believes he's lost weight.

"Weight Watchers must be working.  I have an extra notch, so I can have dessert."

Santa's extra notch.

For the background, I mixed several Staz-on reinkers with 91% isopropyl alcohol, then spread them on the white 110 lb cardstock using a sponge brush.  Santa was a napkin that I carefully laid down using a glue stick, while smoothing the napkin at the same time.  I computer generated the words, cut them, then added them to the top of the journal page.

Thank you for your visit today.  Bleubeard and I are delighted you chose to visit.  It means more than you know.  We will also be hanging out at Art Journal Journey and sharing our latest take on the color Red chosen by our host Erika.

Yes, I get this info trying to publish, too.
Let it sit for a while, in addition I do Strg a, Srtg c and in a cheapy program Strg v for a copy I near to never need.
Let´s hope blogger doesn´t lose it altogether, that would be... oh.

LOL, your Santa is soooo fun!
I remember when they put a bit of my hip-bone into my arm I needed that, too! (Actually I opened the button of my jeans to get more "room") ..

Funny how you and Valerie both went with Santa for the weekend. Smile. Your pages are very different, and this one is fun. I hope that dessert doesn't mean he has to move his buckle again. Santa is a great idea, and I was waiting for someone to use it. I'm glad no one disappointed me-smile. Hope your commenting gets fixed ASAP. I'm sure it's frustrating to get behind, Hugs-Erika

Very strange about commenting. I am still getting some comments (of course one never knows about the ones that failed to post). I’m traveling so not much time to comment but I have mainly succeeded this week. So I wonder why the internet is doing that to you. Good luck fixing it.
