It's Sunday, which means it's time once again to join Sami at Sami's Colourful World and her Monday Murals.
Even though it's still Sunday in my world, please be aware
that Sami's mural link goes live at 10:01 a.m. my time today.
Today I'm downtown, sharing one of the best known and first murals created in Wichita, Kansas (USA).
Because there are always vehicles around the Donut Whole, the doughnut and coffee shop where this mural is located,
This was the best I could do because I couldn't ask people to move their cars so I could take a photo. This mural is located at 1720 West Douglas in Wichita, Kansas (USA).
This week, I decided to leave the north end and their murals which are decidedly Hispanic and Asian to venture downtown. And for those who thought it, NO, we do NOT have any meat packing or food processing plants here. They are located in western Kansas.
If you enjoy murals from around the world, please don't forget to visit Monday Murals at Sami's Colourful World.

Wonderful - and thanks for going to the effort to capture as much as you could.
You did capture the spirit of the mural, I think. Very nice. It appears to have been there a long time.

... to life. She looks sad...
I like this mural. It's great arty layout. I like the black and white face too. Hope your weekend is going well.
Wonderful mural. I especially like the script writing "life" Take care.
Interesting mural! I have seen astounding murals lately on railroad tank and boxcars, and our city has been adding murals like crazy during COVID.
...parked car are a fact of life! And let all of us speak life!
It's so frustrating when the mural is blocked by the cars.
it's fabulous mural and what a great name for the coffee shop! Hugs, Chrisx
It is so challenging at times to get a good shot of these murals! You've given us a good glimpse, Elizabeth, thank you! I love the message.

Interesting.
That face is impressive!
I really like this one! xx
Nice mural Elizabeth. It is a pity when murals are blocked by parked cars but nothing that can be done about it.
Thanks for participating in Monday Murals.
We all hate it when cars block our view!
Very nice mural.
Thank you for sharing this nice mural.
All the best Jan
