October complete and November ready in my never ending calendar

Today (actually tonight) is Day 1 of Art Every Day Month or AEDM. AEDM was started by Leah Piken Kolidas over 10 years ago as a challenge to make art every day for a full month.  This will be my third year participating, and it can get quite intense, because, unlike Leah, who creates a painting every day (a genuinely difficult undertaking with two young children), I try different things each November.  Some are projects I've worked on in the past, and want to revisit.  Some are totally new, where there's the possibility I may fail, even after working on them several days.  Regardless, you will get a good decent idea what I do on this blog by the end of the month of November.  So, I hope you make it a daily habit to visit, even if it's just to see what I might be showcasing that day, whether it's an altered book page, a sewing project, an organization tip, or any of my challenges.  In return, IF my computer ISP works, I'll also be around to visit you.  Unfortunately, I'm starting off on a sour note, because I still need to get my computer talking to the internet.  Right now, I'm borrowing a laptop computer from my friend Sally, along with a temporary Wi-Fi password.  However, I can only be online when she is not, so I'm glad I'm able to post at night.

Having said all that, it is now time to share my completed October calendar with Kate at The Kathryn Wheel.

My October calendar page shows Day 31 incomplete.  I had planned to finish it before I scanned it this morning, but time and ISP problems kept me from doing so.

Also ready is my November calendar page.  As always, I'll add art as the month progresses, although there is not much room for art this month.

Please remember, the AEDM number will always be a day ahead of the actual date I post.  And thanks for the visit.  Be aware it will probably be late at night before I return the visit.

I think it's great that you are going to join in with another monthly commitment of art everyday, in whatever form it may take this time around. I am always amazed at the amount of art some bloggers manage to churn out each week/day, I'm lucky if I manage one, perhaps two, most weeks. Feel like a slacker! Haha - joking. I really do want to do this calendar challenge next year tho' I have one I'd like to work in, so fingers crossed I get my act together to take part :o))

I missed you, Elizabeth! I didn't have enough bandwidth (and often not enough time!) to keep up with what you were up to while I was gone, but I'm going to try to catch up! Love the calendar!
