T Stands For Croissant in the Kitchen

Please join me today at my kitchen table for

a drink and a croissant lunch.  It's not often I eat at my kitchen table, where there is much less formality.

Let's get my required drink reference out of the way.  As you can see, it's grape juice I picked up at Sam's the last time I went.  I've still got many and don't want the "best by" date to expire before I can consume all 48 of these.  That's the good thing about Sam's.  You can buy in lots.  It's also the bad thing about Sam's.  You must buy items in lots.

I love croissants and picked up too many the last time I was at Sam's.  Now I'll be eating them often.  I broke this one as I was placing it on the plate.  That's when I decided to eat it at my kitchen table today.

This is the last of the pea salad I made using Ranch dressing instead of mayonnaise.  I won't make such a large batch again.

While grocery shopping the last time, I stopped by the deli.  The lady gave me a sample of this marinated tomato salad.  It was delicious.  I purchased a pint.  When I got home and ate a spoonful, suddenly, my mouth was on fire.  It was HOT, HOT, HOT!  I'll be eating it sparingly for awhile.

I also splurged and purchased a pint of mixed fruit at the deli.  I didn't want to purchase all the ingredients to make it myself.

One final look before I consume this meal and juice.

I've shown you mine, now it's your turn to share your T entry this week.  The rules are extremely simple.  Your drink related post may be anything from a photo of a glass, cup, or mug, to an actual drink.  You may choose to share a sketch or a digital, hybrid, or traditional page in your scrapbook, art journal, or altered book.  Maybe you'd prefer to share a tag, or wow us with your photography.  You might choose a postcard or decorated card.  You might even draw an image on a used tea bag.  Or perhaps you prefer to review a place you visited, a movie, or book.  It makes no difference as long as it's drink related.  And don't forget that the more unique and outside the box it is, the better we like it.  Please tie it back here, and please link only to your T post, not your entire blog.  When you link, Bleubeard, the T gang, and I will be by to visit.   Bleubeard would also like to remind you that your photos may be taken any time.

I would also be remiss if I didn't remind you it's time to dig up your Second on the 2nd.  Any genre, any style, any length is acceptable, as long as it has been published sometime in the past.

Dear Elizabeth,
hooray! I managed to be the first one to reach your linkup today! ๐ŸŽ‰
I think grape juice is always a great choice—plus, it’s healthy! And while croissants might not be quite as healthy, they sure are delicious! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹
When you first tried the tomato salad, did it not taste that "hot"? Or do you just love things spicy?

Happy T-Day! My drinks are a bit hidden today—but I’m sure you’ll find them! ๐Ÿท๐Ÿฅƒ...

All the best from Austria! ๐Ÿค—
