If it's Sunday, it's Rocking Horses.

It's time to share a few more rocking horses.  Today Bleubeard and I are also joining Nicole for Sunday in the Art Room or SITAR, and Gillena for Sunday Smiles.  Bleubeard and I are sharing these rocking horses out of necessity.

Even though it is in the high 80s F (31ish C) today, it won't be long until it will be time to bring my herbs inside.

This is the location where many of the herbs will live through the winter, so the books and rocking horses must find another area in which to live until spring arrives next year.

There are three wooden rockers, each different, and a ceramic composite rocker.

It never ceases to amaze me that there are no two alike.  Some may be similar, but not exactly the same

  and the three tiny buttons.

But I digress.  Please enjoy the photos I took of these before they go elsewhere for winter.

I love seeing the collections of various things. Your rocking horses are adorable. I like the free-standing lace ornament also.

I really like the second to the right hand one in your first couple of photos. He has the sweetest face, and a bit more primitive look. I like that primitive style. And are those clothespins easy to use, or do you have them more for decorations? They look like fun either way. Have a super Sunday and start to the new week. hugs-Erika

Your collection is huge! And they're just wonderful. I agree with Erika on that sweet faced, more primitive one but my favorite is the one that got a solo shot! At first I thought those clothespins were napkin rings! They're very cute!.

These are all fabulous!!!!! Thank you for answering me about how many horses you have. 450! That is amazing. I think the horse buttons would be so much fun to play with. I do enjoy seeing your collection. Thank you for sharing with SITAR and have a very nice Sunday.

Rocking horses on clothespins - now that's a cool idea (not very practical though).
