T Stands For Birthday Doughnut

Today you will find me at my dining room table.  It is a steaming hot day that is about 95 F (35 C).

This doughnut was originally meant for my bEARTHday.  However, instead of enjoying the doughnut, I took my friend Sally to lunch.  More on that later.

When I tried to pick the doughnut up, the glaze melted in my hand.  That meant Plan B, which entails cutting and eating it with a fork.

Now let's look at what is in the Blessed mug (a gift from years past from RO!).

Please don't ask me why (or even how), but when I poured the chocolate milk into the mug, I got all kinds of bubbles.  And they never totally went away, either.  Bubbles or not, I love chocolate milk and this is definitely a genuine treat.

I can assure you, this treat made me a lot happier than the meal I paid for on the actual day of my birth.

I've shown you mine, now it's your turn to share your T entry this week.  The rules are extremely simple.  Your drink related post may be anything from a photo of a glass, cup, or mug, to an actual drink.  You may choose to share a sketch or a digital, hybrid, or traditional page in your scrapbook, art journal, or altered book, as I have done.  Maybe you'd prefer to share a tag, or wow us with your photography.  You might choose a postcard or decorated card.  You might even draw an image on a used tea bag.  Or perhaps you prefer to review a place you visited, a movie, or book.  It makes no difference as long as it's drink related.  And don't forget that the more unique and outside the box it is, the better we like it.  Please tie it back here, and please link only to your T post, not your entire blog.  When you link, Bleubeard, the T gang, and I will be by to visit.   Bleubeard would also like to remind you that your photos may be taken any time.

I would like to know if there is any interest in an exchange of tea, postcards, or ATCs for our upcoming 13th anniversary in July (13/14 depending on the day you post).  Please let me know in comments.

That donut looks so tasty. Even if you needed a fork. And chocolate milk is the best too. This is a tasty T day post in every way. And just an fyi- for some reason blogger is not letting me link up my specific post. So I linked up my whole blog. I'll try to fix that tomorrow. And I'm up for a switch for the 13th anniversary. Have a great T day. hugs-Erika
