By the time my T Tuesday post went live last week, I was on my way to Oklahoma, where a dear friend had been placed in hospice. It was my last chance to be with her, to tell her how much she meant to me and how much she had influenced my life. My neighbor drove me there and left me. Little did I realize how long I would stay. I got home earlier this morning (Monday) and was experiencing heart palpitations, shortness of breath, and severe coughs. Besides my health concerns, I'm hoping the blogger curse will be lifted by now.
BTW, those of you who normally get one, your Christmas card or tip in will be a bit late this year.
I've shown you mine, now it's your turn to share your T entry this week. The rules are extremely simple.
Your drink related post may be anything
from a photo of a
glass, cup, or mug, to an actual drink. You may choose to share a sketch or a digital,
hybrid, or traditional page in your scrapbook, art journal, or altered
book, as I have done. Maybe you'd prefer to share a tag, or wow us with your photography. You might
choose a postcard or decorated card. You might even draw an image on a used tea bag. Or
perhaps
you prefer to review a place you visited, a movie, or book. It makes no
difference as long as it's drink related. And don't forget that the
more unique and outside the box it is, the better we like it. Please tie
it back here, and please link only to your T post, not your entire blog. When you link,
Bleubeard, the T gang, and I will be by to visit. Bleubeard
would also like to remind you that your photos may be taken any time.

Sending prayers for you friend.
...I'm sorry to hear about your friend.
Sorry to read about your friend and about your health too. You must be happy you were able to spend some time with your friend. But I imagine it was still a very hard time. Have a wonderful T day, although I'm sure between your health and your loss it's not easy for you. hugs-Erika
Sorry about your friend, but glad you got to see her and talk to her one last time in person. Worried about you getting so sick. I hope you are better soon! I love those holly mugs! :)
My heart reaches out to you at this difficult time 🙏🏽
Sorry to hear about your friend. And I hope you are better soon, too! Scary. And blogger, oh, you, behave well!!!
Sorry to hear about your dear friend. I am sure she was pleased you came to see her.
I hope you get well soon!
I'll get back to you later! 💚
How lovely to be able to see your friend again and that you were able to say the things to her that you wanted to say (but perhaps never did). Goes to show that we should tell people how much we care before it is too late. Well done you!
But I'm sorry it cost you dear, health wise. Look after yourself. Keep warm. Give Bluebeard and Squiggles a cuddle. (Who looked after them?)
Happy T-Day,
Lisca
Dear Elizabeth,
it's so painful to say goodbye one last time to a dear, important friend. But it's good that you had this time together.
Such sad things take energy, and perhaps that's why you became ill. Or perhaps it's simply because viruses are flying around everywhere right now and because it's cold outside. Edi and I have also been sick since yesterday and have had to cancel, or rather postpone, all four planned get-togethers with friends and relatives for the next few days.
I still wish you a happy T-Day, my dear!
Warmest greetings and have a good time until Christmas 🕯️✨❣️, Traude
sending you lots of prayers and love. Take good care of yourself. I am truly sorry for your friend. Life is so unfair in so many ways and it hurts. I didn't post today as I was in Emergency all weekend. What is this curse you are talking about? Let's lift it away from all of us! Prayers, healing and positivity our way! sending you a lot of prayers. hugs, Maria
