We are joining Elle from Empire of the Cat in the graveyard. She is our host this month at Art Journal Journey.
I created the background using water soluble crayons. All images were stamped, except the gravestone, which I created using a black Posca pen. Because the background was rippled from water, I had a hard time getting the stamps to properly adhere.Bleubeard, Squiggles, and I thank you for spending a bit of time with us today and hope to see you soon at Art Journal Journey with your own Halloween or Steampunk Halloween entry.

A spooky graveyard ... perfect for the season.
All the best Jan
I like this, and I like how there's a grunge looks to the bats especially. It makes it more spooky and Halloween like. Those bats actually look like their in motion. Thanks for linking up to Elle's challenge with that page my friend. hugs-Erika

Definitely spooky!
Halloween all month--lol! :)
I love this! I love the strong use of shape. Blessings!
I laughed when you said you were all spending the night in the graveyard as I was picturing it in my head. The little cat stamps are so cute and the bats also. If my pages get warped due to water etc I flip them over and iron them flat, sometimes that doesn't work so well inside a book, but it's worth trying. Thanks for joining in with my theme this month, elle xx
Oh, that bats are huge! Great page, Elizabeth! Perfect for Elle's challenge at Art Journal Journey.
Hugs,
