T Stands For Napkin Reveal

I'm at my kitchen table sharing my napkins I will be sending.  Sadly, I still have not received Chris's napkins.  However, I thought we should still go ahead and share our napkins in case Chris's arrive before next T Tuesday.

Everyone who signed up for the swap will receive one of these napkins.

The rest are luck of the draw.

I have two Fiesta napkins left.  If you received one two years ago, you will NOT receive one this year.  These will go to new players.  Yes, that is my PBS Kansas mug out of which I am drinking water.

As for the mixed signals I seem to have sent last week about the ATCs, it was entirely MY fault I led Deb down the wrong path.  I feel so ashamed and bad.  However, there was no harm since both she and Sharon were the only two from the states who were exchanging ATCs.

If you are from the international community and want to show your ATCs this week, feel free to do so.  If you prefer to wait until the packages are in the mail, feel free to do that instead.  I lost all control of the swap when packages didn't arrive as I requested.  As several of you have mentioned, next year will be totally different.  I promise that, too.

Now it's time to share your own drink inspired post this week.  It can be gifts you received, photos, a place you visited, movies, postcards, mail art, junk mail, catalogs, books, sketches, mixed media, drawings, paintings, handmade cards, tags, scrapbooking, or other art that is digital, hybrid, or traditional, a favorite mug, cup and saucer, teapot, coffee pot, or even a wine glass. Regardless, please join us by linking below.  Bleubeard and I will gladly visit, as will other T participants.  Please link only your T post and not your blog in general.  Bleubeard would like to remind you that old photos are acceptable because they may be taken any time, not just on Tuesday and not just this year.  Please remember to visit your fellow T participants.

Hello my sweet friend.

I will be participating next year in the ATCs and napkins if you do them.

Fun napkins!

Hope you are doing well and happy T-day! Hugz

Oh what a pity, dear Elizabeth, unfortunately I don't have a drink posting, but a bird posting... Never mind, I just admired your napkins collection. The exchange reminds me a bit of my school days, when we also exchanged napkins. Sometimes I like to do handicrafts with serviette technique and I also like to set the table with colorful napkins.
Thank you for writing to me about the palm trees. I understand that you are sad about the loss of your palm tree after 15 years. My brother also loves palms and olive trees and bought beautiful adult specimens for the garden - I hope they survive!
All the best,
Traude

PS: Or can I link my previous post (the tropical-exotic one) here? There's this red drink, two glasses - there was a lot of Jamaican rum in them ;-)

The napkins are gorgeous. Please don't beat yourself up. You are human, and mistakes are part of that.

These are beautiful napkins all around! It's difficult to control something if packages don't arrive or are late - the mail system eally is rather screwed up! I hope you have a wonderful week, Elizabeth.

I still have the Fiesta one :-)
Post/mail these days... crazy. Super-expensive outside Germany and if they deliver is another question!

Hi Elizabeth, thanks for linking me. Don't feel bad about making little mistakes, it happens to us all. Even to me! The napkins look lovely. Thanks for researching fans, that's more than kind. A friend has bought one for me and it's on it's way, it should be here this afternoon. That will be a great relief.Have a great day, take care, hugs, Valerie

The mail system is the bane of my life at the moment. It is taking weeks for anything to arrive in other countries where it used to take a few days and now everyone has to pay more to send and even receive - we have to pay a 20% import tax and an additional £8 handling charge on top for anything that is valued at over $15 - something you should be aware of if you are posting anything to the UK now.
About the weaving video, yes I know that was NOT your question, but I was linking to that channel which has lots of videos about starting, finishing and removing pieces from looms. I have edited my post to include the "new to weaving" playlist link which definitely has what you need in it but I don't have time to look through them atm.
Nice napkins, It was my first time in the napkin swap and I don't remember seeing a deadline for the receipt of napkins (I'm sure I looked for one) or a joint reveal day but I thought it was supposed to be for the T anniversary in July and so mine might be late. Also not sure about the ATC swap if it is only for US people as I sent two of mine with the napkins. So I was a bit confused and just sent mine off and hoped they arrived at all LOL. Happy T Day! Had to pop over to say I hope you are feeling much better. Obviously that was just too much all in one day. Yes I was tempted to buy another Bonsai but kept my hands in my pockets Lol! This challenge you're doing looks like fun. I am obsessed with napkins, buy them and then do nothing with them which is quite silly really The art work for something so simple can be quite stunning. Take care and have alovely creative week. Hugs, Angela xXx

Wow, so many beautiful napkins! I can't wait to see which ones will arrive as part of the swap, there's so much creative inspiration 😊. It will be such a lovely surprise! So glad we can reveal the napkins today, my celebration pahe has been waiting to wish you a Happy 9th Anniversary. I was ready to post this on 12th July and had to change my plans quickly at the last minute, if it happens again I think I'll do a "teaser" reveal instead. Thank you so much for hosting T Day and arranging the fabulous napkin swap - yay ❤️. Wishing you a very happy T Day! Hugs Jo x

Blogger is so contrary, some weeks it won't allow me to comment on my computer and others I am straight in.
Making the most of not having to use my little stabber tool! I really was hoping (as I'm sure you were)that my napkins would have arrived by now! I do remember in the past though how long things seem to take going from Manchester to Wichita! Weather is cooling down here but so far no rain! Hope your garden is doing OK! Hugs, Chrisx
