It's Sunday, which means it's time once again to join Sami at Sami's Colourful World and her Monday Murals. Even though it's still Sunday in my world, please be aware that Sami's mural link goes live at 10:01 a.m. my time today.
It appears this restaurant must have recently changed hands and names. The sign on the front of the building has been removed, and a mural type banner has been installed on the side of the building.
I thought it was cute enough for a second look, so I stopped and took a couple of photos, even though the wind was quite brutal. This mural is found at 2207 North Broadway in Wichita, Kansas, USA.
If you enjoy murals from around the world, please don't forget to visit Monday Murals at Sami's Colourful World.

That is a cutie - and I am a big, big fan of murals.
That is the cutest sheep ever. It gave me a smile this morning. Have you eaten here before? Even if not, it is a great find for the mural challenge. Have a great end of February. Hugs-Erika
I wondered what the name meant, but google translate doesn't seem to recognize what might be an idiom. Very nice mural.
be safe and I hope you are feeling better... mae at maefood.blogspot.com
...I must say that I don't know a whole lot about Kansas and I find it amazing that you have such a large Mexican population. There must be a lot of food processing plants. Take care.
What a fun mural! Hugs, Valerie
That is very interesting! In Northern Mexico, especially in Chihuahua, they use the word "birrieria" in place of the word "cabrito" -- bbq goat meat. The restaurant's name means god-daughter of the village....I think something got lost in translation somewhere! Cute little lamb is shown. Maybe they thought it was a baby goat?
Cute! Though I think of cows rather, when thinking of Mexican food? But it´s cute - and open??? Here restaurants are still closed or for take-away only.
What a cute mural Elizabeth, it brought a smile to my face :)
Birrieria comes from Birria, which is a Mexican stew, made from goat meat, and occasionally from beef or mutton.
Nieta would be granddaughter, so Villa's granddaughter.
Thanks for contributing to Monday Mural Elizabeth.
Hope you have been recovering well from your eyes.
Very cute. I love goat meat but mainly find it in Indian restaurants here.
I really miss Mexican restaurants! My favorite one here doesn't have a mural. The one you show is cute :)
Definitely cute! Oooh! Feeling hungry! Hugs, Chrisx
Very cute! Gosh, it's been a long time since I had mexican!
