Mandala Monday prepares for T Stands 4 Tuesday

Today I'm joining Dawn at Girl Unwinding for Mandala Monday.

I agree that this is a bit wimpy, and I might have found more things to add to this mandala, but it's cold in my house, and I simply didn't have the energy and ambition to add to these tree mugs and plate.  Sometimes simple is (hopefully) good enough.  After all, there is a center and points radiating away from that center.  And that defines a mandala.

Now for a few close-up photos.

These two will be used whenever a couple visits
I can't decide if this one reminds me of the silly images I used to make with the help of my old dot matrix printer from the late 80s, or if it reminds me of country style decorations.  I'll let you decide.

This glass used to be a candle holder, but since it was immune to heat, it could be used for hot items in a pinch.  I like its elegance.

Don't forget to join Dawn for Mandala Monday.  I know she won't disappoint.

I'm also showing this on Creative Every Day (CED).

I like it just the way it is. Sometimes simple is good. It is a lesson I am learning with my collages. Thanks for the lovely comment on them

Simple and pretty and festive too, so it covers all bases in my book!

What a great plate! Did you paint it? I am intrigued by the tiny arrows surrounding the tree. It reminds me of a mandala within a mandala. Something that was kind of a theme with mine today.
Bonus Christmas theme for you, too ;-)
Happy Mandala Monday, Elizabeth. Stay warm sweetie.

Love that plate/coaster in the middle there. Those glasses are very cute and would sit well with my herbal tea too!

Hello and Happy Monday!! I've been busy and haven't even done my post yet, going to try and do it now. Wanted to come say hello to you first.
I will link my Mandala with T time again this week, not sure if I will be able to the next couple weeks. Busy time and kids will be home on break but I will visit you every chance I get.

Hope you are doing well and staying warm. Can't wait to see more of your trees!

I LOVE your mandala today, it's beautiful and festive!! What pretty dishes these are and great for when guests come by.

I couldn't believe Dawn still has leaves to use in her yard. I only have squished crumbly snowy wet ones. YUCK!!
Good thing I did a couple of fall ones that week Rich helped me.

Take care and HUGS

Nice holiday serving ware you have. I've been fighting off a cold, so trying to catch up, but the cold has hit for real, ah, at least it's not Christmas. xox
