April and May calendar pages

We are now 1/3 of the way through 2013.  It's hard to imagine, but it's true.   Kate, our hostess from The Kathryn Wheel, will be happy we've made it this far, I'm sure.

April entries seemed to be split among birthday celebrations, recycled projects I created for my blog, and the unseasonably COLD weather we had.  Here's the minutia for all to read.

My May page is bright and cheerful in hopes that those flowers I stenciled on the file folder will actually bloom. I'm just hoping for an actual spring.

Enjoy the merry month of May.

Lovely, lovely pages :-) And yes, I am very happy indeed that we have all made it this far. Who knew?! It's so wonderful to have artful friends joining me on this journey. Well done indeed for being a part of this and for keeping up for so long :-))
Hoping for spring here in the UK too - it's been a long, cold, wet winter here and we are due a bit of sunshine and warmth!

May has a distinctive upbeat tone of pastel hues....Here's hoping that Spring is finally here although I heard this morning that Amarillo TX was 97 yesterday and is getting a snowstorm today! Go figure....xox

Really lovely pages, I came looking of Bluebeard and your WOYWW post and ended up reading quite a few posts. Looks like your friend enjoyed her pressie, shopping and meal. I do hope Bluebeard was able to keep warm during the blackout.

Love the colours of the daily squares for May, I also love the background for April. Sorry I missed your birthday - that comes of not blogging so often, hope you had a great day ;-) I'm intrigued by the 'digging roses out of neighbours dumpster'.

Beautiful pages. My favorite adhesive is scotch quick dry? It's a liquid glue but only requires a dot here and there and doesn't seem lumpy and doesn't go any where. I also love my ATG. For the squares, perhaps a little Xyron, like the little x's? I understand the need to recharge, hope you won't be away for long though : D.

I love the bright springy colors for May. April was busy wasn't it? And it was in the 90s here in LA today...the grass is always greener I guess. Happy May.
