Oh I just love your charming porch and all the wind chimes, and your front garden is lovely too, bet there are some wonderful surprises popping up there. xox
Hi hun hope you are keeping well, what a lovely looking house you have, luv the veranda, can see myself sat there watching the world go by, great paint job hun, sue,x
Lookin good! I need to paint mine but think I will call someone to come do it. I used to do it myself but don't have the balance to be on a ladder anymore. The tornado hit here in Norman last Friday but luckily decided to lift about a block from out house. It made a mess of some parts of town but thank god it didn't hurt anyone.
This looks great. I love your poarch. We in the future want to put one like that on our house and make the front of the house look older. hard to explain.
lovely porch, just waiting for a lounge with a cup of iced tea or lemonade...well, when it gets a bit warmer, that is. Hope you are safe and holding up to the high winds this season!
What I'd give to have a porch (and house) like that. When I was out there studying in Massachusetts the gorgeous verandahs attached to the beautiful wood clad houses were something I couldn't help admiring. Love your very natural looking garden too - looks a perfect place for Bleubeard to strut his stuff :)
I learned from Julia today that you are in the tornado area, but, thank goodness, you are okay and it bypassed you. Such a relief for you but devastating for those that were hit. Take care, my friend.

Bleubeard and I welcome you
Art, including the journey, background techniques, sewing on both paper and fabric, new experiments, photos, failures, and successes will be shared on this site. I have removed my e-mail address until such time as I can get it to work again. Thank you for understanding. You can always leave a note on my blog and I will visit you.
Please check out my Previous Collaborations link above to see what projects I have been involved in over the past 12 years. Current and ongoing projects only are shown below.
Occasionally, Silent Sunday will showcase photos of my home, neighborhood, or community. A picture is often worth a thousand words.
Feelfree to drop by every second Thursday of the month for my Second Thursday Tutorials. They are interspersed with my other Tutorials found at the link page above.

Click on the above image daily and help feed hungry dogs and cats. You can donate cat litter, too. You simply answer two questions (one about cats and one about dogs), and whether your answer is correct or not, you have just donated kibble to help feed both shelter animals and those in need.
I will create the art, critique things I feel are important, and put pen (and sometimes glue) to paper, or fingers to keys, while Bleubeard will mostly watch, supervise, or sleep.
