I am embarrassed to admit that i did get the e-mail, i promply wrote down your address and deleted the e-mail. I have not seen the paper i wrote it on again. I kept putting off asking for it again because i was sure it would turn up, so if you can send it to me one more time i will get something in the mail to you this week.
