Tea and books

LinkLinkYou caught me riffling through my various stacks of books at my dining room table while preparing to drink some almond amaretto loose leaf tea. This black tea is rich with both amaretto flavoring and almonds. I like how dark it is even before it steeps for three minutes. Why the books? I'm debating which ones, if any, I want to include in tomorrow's Paper Stacks collaboration with Seth Apter. But today, it would be lovely if you join me and the rest of my tea friends at Kimmie's for Tea Tuesday.

Fun old books! I was pretty sure I wasn't the only one with stacks of them... Now I know I'm not! Happy tea!

Love the stacks of books. I'm hoping to do some stacking myself...if not I'll just be enjoying the pix from everyone else. :)

Now that may well be a tea that I would chance tasting - actually sounds lovely. Love the idea of a cuppa and browse through your books - thanks for the invite!

The tall stack in the back looks like it as a lot of great textures :)

I love a tea that gets black right away ... Bracing :)

Happy Tuesday .... I'll be back tomorrow to see your stack!

The tea is one I've not tried but it sounds really good. I'll have to look for it.

Stacks of books are like little security blankets for me - have to have books.

Books and tea! I found a stamp sentiment in my Papertrey Ink "All Booked Up" set that says something along the lines of there will never be a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough for me (C.S. Lewis).
