Altered Book Lover: More Patriotic "stick-ins"

When I first started thinking about this theme, I had trouble deciding how to represent it. Now I can't seem to quit. The nice thing is, there are only three of us in the swap, so making these one-sided wonders has turned into fun, fun, fun.
