Assemblage for a friend
I made this assemblage for a friend in FL. She now has it, so I can share it with you. I cut 2" squares from various papers to make the background and tied the colors together using beige, bisque, and dusty rose glazes. I learned this technique from Dana when we had a play day last month. I made the circles using various sized lids dipped in copper paint. The image is from a book that Halle sent me. I watered down the dusty rose glaze (glaze doesn't water down well) for the dress and used my flesh colored oil pastel on her face and hands. I added the embellishments using E-6000. The size is 8 X 10.

Nice colors. Nice background. Was it hard to make?
