T Stands For Tuesday is here!!

Welcome to the first T Stands for Tuesday.  Here is where you will link your T Tuesday post.  Want to know how I created this piece?  I'll step through the process next week.

So what qualifies as a T Tuesday post?  First, let me make it abundantly clear that you do NOT have to drink tea.  And, you do NOT have to photograph your image(s) on Tuesday.  You can take your photo(s) any day of the week, then link your post here.

Some of you are going to ask why I'm posting on Monday afternoon.  Most of my internet friends live in different places than I, which is in the central time zone of the US.  In the real scheme of things time zones, we are toward the end of the 24 hour day.  In fact, I only know two people who live in my time zone.  So this will actually give them a heads up, or allow them to post early, whichever they prefer.  At least I'm hoping they will post!  So, those of you who don't live in my time zone can post anytime, because the linky link went live at the same time as this post.

Now let's get back to T Stands For Tuesday.  As I mentioned last week, you can talk about anything, enjoy any drink, create a recipe, show journal pages, flower arrangements, encaustics, your favorite pet (which Bleubeard would love), sewing, altered book pages, a shopping trip, a day at the beach, visiting a museum, shoveling snow, skate boarding, combing your hair (you get the idea), and any photos, as long as you can relate them in some way to T Stands for Tuesday.

Don't know what to post?  Have a story to tell, but don't have a tea cup handy? Haven't been anywhere?  Haven't done anything special this week? Don't have a life?  Well neither do I.  So, here are a few ideas.

Stick an empty glass, mug, or cup some place and take a photo.  Photograph one morning, afternoon, or evening when you had a cup of something to drink.  Relate the story you want to share to something drink related, even though there's no mug, cup, or glass nearby.  If you are at the beach, relate T to how the water reminds you of a cool drink.  If you are shoveling snow or making a snowman, relate how you would love to warm up with some hot cocoa.  ANY story can be twisted to relate to T Stands For Tuesday.  In fact, I think those are the entries that will inspire you the most.

Grab button for T stands for Tuesday

And if you want to grab a button, which was graciously coded by my friend Halle at Halle's Hobbies, who knows HTML code far better than I, then please get it along with the code from my sidebar.

If you aren't sure how to add it and you are blogging from Blogger, go to your blog list.  Then go to posts list.  Scroll down to Layout.   Click Add a Gadget.  Scroll down to HTML/Java Script.  Copy the code from my right sidebar found directly under the image, then paste it into the box marked Content.  You have a choice to add a title, or not.  Be sure to click Save before exiting.   Move the gadget up or down until you are happy with where it is.  Click Save arrangement.   You are all set.

Thanks again to Halle and thanks to you for joining T Stands For Tuesday this week.

So, please link below and have an awesome T Tuesday.

I am so thrilled to be having tea with You and Bleubeard. I to got the title wrong. But hey it's early and the caffeine hasn't kicked in yet. I think I need another cup.
I know you might not remember me but I used to be a player in your Yahoo Swaps. You might remember my good friend Sunny Santamari because she was so much more active in the groups. You and she got me hooked on Altered Art.....a long long....
long time ago.

I have coke and a chocolate mocha on the go at this moment, so I had to come and say hi! It's hot outside and my craft room is cool as I've kept the blinds down! Phew!
