It's Wednesday, which means it's time for Index Card A Day or ICADs.
Day 20: Pink and Green. Various images from my stash, including S&H green stamps, all sewn to substrate using variegated thread.
Day 21: Quirky. Image from a travel magazine that caught my eye. Computer generated word. Date stamp slipped on slick paper.
Day 22: Stilts. Image from a travel magazine. Background created with water soluble crayon. Computer generated word. Dye ink, black pen. I don't seem to learn. Date stamp slipped again on slick paper.
Day 23: Long legged beauties. After creating Day 22, I found a smaller expanded version of the flamingos and couldn't help but create a different version of them. Computer generated sentiment. Image found in a different travel magazine, dye ink.
Day 24: Grumpy. Another image from a travel magazine. Background water color. Words created with white Posco pen.
Day 25: This is for the birds. Two bird images from my stash, center bird cage and birds were a gifted see through sticker, black Posco pen.
Day 26: Her book of spells. Scrapbook paper, TH paper doll, computer generated sentiment, black dye ink.Thanks for joining Bleubeard and me today. We are thrilled you took time to drop by.

Very retro to use S&H green stamps. Somehow the supermarkets where I shopped, and even the ones where my parents shopped, never gave out green stamps, so I don’t have all the memories that a lot of women have.

I'm full of admiration for you and others who commit to the ICAD project! The card size helps I'm sure, but still... one a day likely sounds easier than it is.
