The background of this spread was made using lime green and lavender bingo markers that I dabbed onto the page, then finished with a metallic turquoise acrylic applied with a sea sponge. Then I added the magazine image using UHU glue and black electrical tape. I think if I’d had a white marker or gel pen instead of the silver one I used, the color would have popped on the tape. However, sometimes you just have to go with what you have and hope for the best.Saturday, June 13, 2009
High Five
