Phase I was getting all the furniture in the correct place. Originally I placed the small wood cabinet (which is actually a night stand) on top of the matching dresser. Sadly, all my light from the north window was cut off. So, I had to move it elsewhere. But, if I put it on the west wall, I would have "issues" with the TV and the door I'm using as a table top. I finally decided I could sacrifice 9" on left of the TV so I could keep my little nightstand. Yes, I realize it looks like the Tower of Babel, but I'm happy for the extra storage.
As you can see from the photos, the west wall now has the new furniture and it's changed the most.
You can see the beginning of Phase II in the open cabinets below the TV. Sadly, the cabinet, which is wider than the rollaround TV cart I replaced, did not hold one thing more. Also, the sliding doors make it harder to get into. However, this is where all my rubber stamps, stamp pads, and embossing powder are kept (bottom shelf). The heat gun is directly above in the carousel. Top shelf holds old jewelry and other charms/do-dads in plastic boxes. Incidently, I have three drawers (the black and clear 3 drawer container on left bottom shelf in photo) filled with dye and pigment inks and two drawers (in the white and clear container on right bottom shelf) dedicated to rubber stamps. The bottom drawer holds EP. Pretty sad and I know all the stampers in the world are laughing and shaking their heads.
