It may be hard to see my herbs because there is so much "background" noise. There are tress in the background, as well as my neighbor's yard. Add to that, the tarps I purchased six years ago are finally deteriorating to the point where grass is starting to poke through.
These are my two pots of lavender. I keep them separate because they don't need as much water as the rest of the herbs. I have another pot of lavender in my main floor bath, but I think I've killed it already. Contrary to what I had been told, they do need water every so often.
Behind them is tarragon which overwintered outdoors. It seems to be getting little white flowers on it this year.
My chives are starting to get bulbs on them. They are really starting to look like they are going to live after overwintering inside. Thanks for dropping by today. I am very grateful. Unfortunately, Bleubeard and Squiggles want no part in gardening.

That´s herb-heaven, dear Elizabeth! I just have lemon mint and grow some rucola.
Planted wildflowers for the bees and poppies but it´s still so cold, no idea if that will work...
Love yours!
...some make it and some don't. That's the way life and plants are!
Lovely herb garden.
Your herbs are looking great. My chives are blooming now. They are planted in the garden and stay out all winter. But your lemon grass looks much better than mine. I brought the pot in over the winter because it doesn't like the cold and I don't think it liked being inside either. And I've never tried milkweed in a pot, but it is growing really well for you. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to the next round. hugs-Erika
It must smell heavenly walking by your herb garden
Your plants are looking so healthy, I didn't grow any rosemary this year. If it's not too late, I might put some in up at the lake.

Your greens look wonderful.
Thank you for showing your herb garden, looks good.
All the best Jan
I absolutely love seeing your garden. I water my lavender and I have had blooms for several months. Everything looks very healthy. Have a nice day.
Oh my gosh. A plethora of herbs. Wondrous.
We are starting to use some of the herbs from our herb pots. When we cooked a chicken, I gathered a few leaves from several plants and put them in the cavity. The flavor is subtle, though.
