For lack of a better title, I am calling this
Sisters. Detail images are below.

I began by laying down metallic turquoise acrylic paint on 110 lb. cardstock. I then fussy cut the girls in pairs.

This Butterick pattern cover is where I found them. I'm not sure the patterns have ever been used. It was copyrighted 1989 and cost $4.95 USD.
