Poetry in Motion

I'm back today joining Matilde from Craftowanie, our host this month at Art Journal Journey. Her theme is People.

It's obvious I named this Poetry in Motion. A detail shot is below.

I copied the dancers from the internet. I believe it was from The Vintage Moth. I cut the image to fit the page. I "colored" a sheet of vintage music using a white water soluble crayon and water. I added the sparkly white fiber that scanned green. I then added the computer generated words.

Neet said...: It is indeed Poetry in Motion - and i think the poetry is something from Romeo and Juliet. Love how graceful ballerinas are and as a child I always wanted some ballet shoes. I thought they were so pretty. Pink ones with hard toes so I could balance on my toe like your ballerina and with ribbon laces up my leg. I never thought you had to train for a long time to get to balancing like that.
