I hadn't expected to show my calendar this month because I originally had no way to show my photos on the blog. Now that I have found a work around, I decided to actually use my calendar this month.
This is my entry for Halle from Halle’s Hobbies our host this month at Art Journal Journey. Her theme is I've got a notion. I found this dress form gifted die cut that I had been looking for, so I knew I had to use my calendar this month. At the first of the month, I wrote in dates I intended to keep. I decided to smudge them out, although I'm not sure why I did. Regardless, I outlined the dress form die on both sides of the calendar.
Bleubeard and I are thrilled you joined us and hope to see you this month at Art Journal Journey as you share your own interpretation of I've got a notion.
I am thrilled that you found a workaround - and wish you didn't have to.
ReplyDelete...I find it difficult to believe that July is half over.
ReplyDeleteLovely
ReplyDeleteThis looks great. It's good you found the image you were looking for, and even better you figured out how to get photos up on your blog! hugs-Erika

Another clever way to use the theme..I love that a few of you are doing that with your calendars. And even more impressed that you are still DOING the calendars!
ReplyDeleteYour diary page is very beautiful,
ReplyDeleteI really liked it.
Definitely useful,
once every month I also made a simple page and took notes!!
Have a beautiful and creative week!
This has to be my favourite calendar. Nicely linked to the theme but not distracting with lots of different things on it. I just love those dress forms. Fabulous!
ReplyDelete`Hugs, Neet xx
