I'm back in my kitchen with another drink.

Now it's your turn to share your T entry this week. The rules are extremely simple.
Your drink related post may be anything
from a photo of a
glass, cup, or mug, to an actual drink. You may choose to share a sketch or a digital,
hybrid, or traditional page in your scrapbook, art journal, or altered
book. Maybe you'd prefer to share a tag, or wow us with your photography. You might
choose a postcard or decorated card. You might even draw an image on a used tea bag. Or
perhaps
you prefer to review a place you visited, a movie, or book. It makes no
difference as long as it's drink related. And don't forget that the
more unique and outside the box it is, the better we like it. Please tie
it back here, and
please link only to your T post, not your entire blog. When you link,
Bleubeard, the T gang, and I will be by to visit. Bleubeard
would also like to remind you that your photos may be taken any time,
even months or years ago, if you choose.
...I'll stick with pumpkin pie!
ReplyDeleteI noticed a few years ago as the fad was developing that foods/beverages labeled “pumpkin pie spice” do not necessarily contain pumpkin: just the traditional spice blend. I looked up your drink, and it’s made of milk protein and water and a lot of nutrients but not a bit of pumpkin. Nothing wrong with that — It’s just how they do it. I hope it helps you get your health to return to normal.
ReplyDeleteThere really is a lot of pumpkin going around this time of year. When I shop at Trader Joe's there are so many pumpkin items. I hope your drink was delicious and you will regain your strength.
ReplyDeleteI haven´t registered pumpkin-items here so far, which ingredients you had, hope it was yummy, the croissant I bet was - to strength, dear host!
ReplyDeleteI think that wherever you use pumpkin there is a fantastic result!
ReplyDeleteIt is so tasty!!
We don't have pumpkin spice here, but I found a recipe online (Pioneer Woman) last year and made some. It's very nice. and will make it again .
ReplyDeleteFor me, it's still too warm for the Fall spices. You made such a nice lunch for yourself. I hope you're feeling better and stronger.
ReplyDeleteHappy T Day!
ReplyDeleteThough I like pumpkin, pumpkin spice isn't really my thing. But that salad loks perfect!
ReplyDeleteYou didn't say whether or not you liked it.....? I'am not a fan of Pumpkin Spice everything...some things yes... Happy T day to you Elizabeth! Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteI'd try that drink as a dessert.
ReplyDeleteAw I am excited for fall! I love trying all the pumpkin flavored things this time of year. I haven't tried the protein shake yet though! Maybe I will have to pick one up on my way home after carpet cleaning this afternoon.
ReplyDeleteI don't remember pumpkin spice being a thing until sometime in this century--lol! ;)
ReplyDeletePumpkin spice protein drink sounds really good. Your meal looks excellent too. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteSeptember and October is definitely pumpkin time.
ReplyDeleteYour meal looks good, especially the cherry tomatoes from your garden..
All the best Jan
I drink coffee flavored protein shakes frequently. Like you, I like how their low carb. But I've never tried pumpkin. It must be pretty good. I hope you had a super T day. hugs-Erika
