Today I'm once again joining Erika and her bird theme at Art Journal Journey.
I have words of wisdom from these adorable puffins. Detail shots are below.
I accidentally cut the top of the page off. The fortune reads "If you continually give, you will continually have."
I began by gluing two pages of foreign text on leftover watercolor paper. I added the puffins, which were a card I received from a friend who was into puffins at the time. Next, I looked through my stash and found three fortunes. I added them to the page and decided that I didn't need anything else. Everything except the glue was recycled or up-cycled on this journal page.Thank you for visiting. I appreciate you dropping by. You will also find me over at Art Journal Journey today. Puffins really are unbelievable looking and amazingly tame. At least the ones we saw in Iceland were tame — you could almost walk right up to them.

This is a fabulous puffin page. I think puffins are the cutest, and these are extra special with those great words of wisdom. I like the layered paper background too. It works well with the puffins.
