Guest Designer Alison Hall

Today I am privileged to have a guest designer.  Many mixed media artists know Alison as Craftytrog and her blog Crafytrog's Arty Adventures.  Although she fell and fractured the top of her arm recently, and won't be able to make art for at least 6 weeks, she still didn't let me down.

Alison created this in a junk journal.

She made a pocket with the teabag.  I love how she used staples and other recycled materials, too.

Thank you beyond belief, Alison.  Please don't forget to visit Crafytrog's Arty Adventures and thank her for recycling and being today's guest designer.

This is Day 8 of 22 and I welcomed my guest host and designer, Crafytrog.

  2. It's truly inspiring to see Alison, despite her injury, still contributing such beautiful work. Her creativity shines through in her use of recycled materials, like the teabag pocket and staples, which adds a unique touch to the journal. It's a reminder that art can be created in so many ways, even in challenging circumstances. Alison's resilience and generosity are much appreciated, and I'm sure her work will inspire many. I shared a new post; you are invited to read.

  5. She made a tea bag and other "junk' look good! Hope her arm heals smoothly- that's an unwelcome interruption to her work.

  9. Thanks for all the lovely comments everyone, and thank you Elizabeth for inviting me here. My sling came off today, so hopefully with the help of some physio I'll be back in my art room soon.
