Blogger has blocked me again from leaving comments. It is very frustrating and I am trying to leave comments in e-mails, which is both time consuming and sometimes futile. Please be aware, I will leave a proper comment when Blogger lets me publish comments again. If you are playing in Friday Smiles, please check your e-mail.
It's Friday, which means it's time to join Friday Smiles, hosted by Annie (at A Stitch in Time). Let's visit Annie and the other wonderful ladies who also share their smiles each Friday.
I haven't played in awhile because I haven't been able to leave
comments. I'm still getting "Failed to Publish."
As will soon become obvious, autumn has arrived in my world.
I think I'll leave it with the above photo. I'll look for more next week, if I feel well enough. Bleubeard, Squiggles, and I wish you a very happy and fun filled weekend. Thanks for spending part of your Friday here. Bleubeard and I would love to see you at Friday Smiles, too.
And since I still can't leave comments, I'll shower you with a few autumn (not fall in my world) funnies.
I will leave you with these words of wisdom. Thanks for spending part of your Friday with us. Bleubeard and I would love to see you at Friday Smiles, too.
Sigh at blogger. And thank you for the celebration of autumn - one of my favourite times of the year.
ReplyDeleteI love Autumn. We don't get much of an autumn out here becausethere are so few trees, and most have died inthe heat anyway. But the colours in your pictures are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYour funnies are a bit like the Spanish. The markets are full of winter clothes already and soon everyone will be wearing hats and gloves and fur coats. me - I'm still in summer dresses. Kate x
Your autumn colours are gorgeous....I need to snap a few pics of it all here. Thanks so much for your email...it's good to have friends like you.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Annie x
Thanks for your comment on email. Yes, that works well.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful autumn colours! Your neighbourhood is really colourful.
I'm always amazed by the pumpkin fascination of the Americans. They sell pumpkins here, but it's not 'a thing'. And Halloween of course is not normally celebrated.
And last year I discovered what pumpkin spice tasted like as I found a recipe to make it and I will be making pumpkin pie soon.
I do like autumn as a season in this country because I can finally sit in the sun. The days are still warm and sunny but not hot. So I can sit outside. I'm loving it!
Thanks for the smiles, I had a good old giggle.
Have a lovely weekend,
Lisca
Nice photos of autumn leaves in your neighborhood. Some of our trees have completely gone red or yellow, others are transitioning one branch at a time or even just a few leaves at a time.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with blogger letting you comment again.
