I am still unable to leave comments, but I did try one thing Lisca suggested. Someone suggested going to the library to check my blog, but I don't care how secure they say their servers are, I am not about to trust a public server. However, I did ask my foodie friend Sally to let me use her computer. At first, she wanted to open it on one of her I-thingies, but I need a mouse, so I used her Dell computer that runs on Windows. You may remember I run Linux and Firefox is my only browser. Lean and clean is what I asked for and what I got.
I visited five blogs: Erika, Lisca, both T Tuesday participants, Rita, Jan, and Trout Towne Tabbies. Since none of you have heard from me, it isn't my computer or my software. I have no idea why this is happening to me and me alone, but I hope Blogger gets its act together very, very soon.
Now, please join me once again at The Spice Merchant, where I found some mugs I thought were adorable.
I've shown you mine, now please show yours. It can be photos, a place you visited, movies, postcards, books, sketches, mixed media, drawings, paintings, tags, scrapbooking, or other art that is digital, hybrid, or traditional, as long as it in some way relates back to a drink, any drink. Regardless, please share below and Bleubeard and I will gladly visit, as will other T participants. Please link only your T post and not your blog in general. Bleubeard would like to remind you that old photos are acceptable because they may be taken any time, not just on Tuesday and not just this year.
I would like to remind you it's time to dig up your Second on the 2nd. The rules are quite simple. You can use any post, any length, any genre, as long as it's been published sometime in the past.
Cute cat mugs!
ReplyDeleteQuestion: On Sally’s computer, did you sign in with your blogger account, or were you trying to comment as an unidentified user (and presumably sign your name in the post)? And have you tried not-signed-in commenting on your own platform?
Good luck finding a solution to your predicament… mae at maefood.blogspot.com
I love those mugs. I am sorry about your commenting woes. I use Firefox too, but the problems I was having seem to be fixed.
ReplyDelete...I hope that all of the childless cat ladies get out and vote!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not joining T day even though I could write a post and join, but as I'm in transit, I probably won't have time to comment on people's blogs. Tonight we are in far north-eastern Maine in a very cute little house, and I brought my laptop. I'm relaxing with a cup of tea, and checking out some blogs. I really like this week's mugs, especially the 2 cat mug. I have a bit of time so I thought I'd do a search (which you probably have done) and that is what I found. Look up:
ReplyDeleteStart Firefox in Safe Mode
if you haven't already. Someone back in 2020 seemed to have your commenting problem and they then said they were able to fix the problem using this. Good luck. And have a great T day too. hugs-Erika

ReplyDeleteYou can't be blamed for Blogger's ineptness. :)

ReplyDeleteSad blogger keeps giving you such a hard time.... Sounds very frustrating.
Those are really stylish mugs. I do like those.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you are still having problems commenting. I would suggest the ame thing as Mae: ign out of Blogger and comment anonymously. (Obviously write your name at the end so we know it's you).
Happy T-Day,
Lisca
