It's black and white!
I'm in a black and white mood today. That's because I was at the Spice Merchant recently and saw photographed mostly black and white mugs.
Lots of black and white. Love the mug behind the Mindful Morning Mug, too. It reads: Change the world. Start with coffee.
Love the New Yorker and the cat. It reads: Oh gosh! Yoga in twenty minutes. Can't see either of mine doing yoga, though.
This is from the New York puzzle company, this time with penguins. It reads: You're kidding. I thought it was Friday.
I realize this is blurry, but it is the only one I took that had Toto and the red slippers on Dorothy.
This was the best I could get that wasn't blurry. I love it, but would never pay $18.00 (USD) for it. Not to worry. I suspect it will fly off the shelves.
By now you
probably know the "rules," but in case you don't, please show something drink
related. It can be
photos, a place you visited, movies, tea cups, coffee mugs, a tea or
coffee service, postcards, books, magazines, sketches, mixed
media, drawings, paintings, tags, ATCs, scrapbooking, or other art that
is
digital, hybrid, or traditional, as long as it in some way relates back
to a drink, any drink. Please share below and Bleubeard and I, along with the rest of the T
gang will be by to visit. Please link only your T post and not your
blog in general. Old photos are acceptable because they may be taken any time, not just on Tuesday, and not just this year.
More good mugs! It’s hard to resist buying them, but I manage. I recently rotated the ones on the top shelf and the ones on the in-use shelf so I have “new” ones.
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting. I hope you did get some rest and are no longer exhausted.
best, mae at maefood.blogspot.com
Fabulous and I love your black and white theme 😊. Loving all those mugs, they really are fun and made me smile! Sending you Happy T Day wishes! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDelete...how did those dogs get mixed in with the cats?
ReplyDeleteThose mugs are very nice but I wouldn't pa that sort of money for a mug either. I actually don't have any mugs. I have glass cups/mugs, if you will. Really large cups that I drink my tea from and also my coffee as I love a frothy top.
ReplyDeleteThe Alice mug with the red shoes immediately had associations for me with David Bowie's song Let's Dance (Put on your red shoes). Remember that one?
Happy T-Day,
Lisca
These are some fun mugs. I actually like the black and white. I like all the dogs and all the cats. They have some fun faces, and there's a black dog with some white that kind of (too much white) reminds me of Mr. Pete. Have a great T day and week ahead. hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteI favor the cat mug, too. ;)

ReplyDeleteSome very stylish mugs. And no, I wouldn't pay that price either.

ReplyDeleteHave a great T-Day, dear host! Cheers

ReplyDeleteI just love the selection of mugs at the Spice Merchant. Of course, I'm taken with the cat mugs, but my favorite is Alice asking Dorothy where she got her fab shoes! Happy T Day
ReplyDeleteI love the red slippers on the black and white mug. Really pops.
ReplyDeleteMy black and white mug says: Writer's Block: When your imaginary friends won't talk to you:) Have a great one, dear friend.
I especially like the b/w pine cone mugs. Nice!
