It's Wednesday, which means it's time for Index Card A Day or ICADs.
Day 13: You are a STAR. Star background paper, computer generated sentiment, variegated thread, TH paper doll, black dye ink. Doll slipped after I glued it. I had it standing on the thread.
Day 15: Hello. Background is scrunched tissue paper with gold flecks, gifted image, dye ink, black ink.
Day 16: Best friends forever. Background is scrapbook paper, three green squares from my stash, TH paper dolls, black ink.
Day 18: Windmill of my mind. Background blue water soluble crayon, image from a travel magazine, computer generated sentiment, black dye ink.
Day 19: Ancestors. Map from my stash, gifted Ancestors see-through sticker, TH paper dolls, washi tape, black dye ink, black ink.
Thanks for joining Bleubeard and me today. We are truly delighted you took time to drop by, since this is the only place you will find my ICADs.
These are creative, gorgeous and fun.
ReplyDeleteI especially enjoy seeing your choices because you don't follow any prompts. Looks like mixed media is your favorite. I plan to dabble more with that, too, along the way these two months. :) :)
ReplyDeleteI do hope you are feeling better soon! I can relate all too well.
ReplyDeleteI'm argue about that comment you mentioned on my blog about my art journal pages because these ICADS are amazing!!!! You really rock them out my friend. And that's a cool phone stamp too. I've never seen that one. This is a great collection. I hope it's not too hot in Wichita. It's so hot here; thank goodness for having AC's. hugs-Erika
ReplyDelete...and Windmill of My Mind is a lovely song. Take care and be well.
ReplyDeleteThese index cards are great!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the one that says Best Friend Forever!!
Have a nice day!
Nice work
ReplyDeleteNice ICADS. The windmill is my fave today. Have a nice day, Valerie
ReplyDelete"Hello" is my favorite today, but it was a hard choice. Fun! So much variety!
ReplyDeleteI like all of these but my favourite is the Windmill.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
They are great. Two made me thinking hard...
ReplyDeleteI lost a friend and I kinda gave up on my Brother...
Well, I didn´t give up but the next step has to be his...
I'm glad you pointed out the star background, I didn't connect it to the title. I am a bit slow these days!!!
ReplyDeleteThese are all fun, Elizabeth, but I especially like your opener -- the guy with the stars! Makes me smile!
ReplyDeleteThese all look great Elizabeth. I like the piece of map you used on the last one, I must dig some out myself.
ReplyDeleteOff to check out the rest of your icads.
