It's Friday, which means it's once again time to join Friday Smiles, hosted by Annie (at A Stitch in Time). Let's visit Annie and the other wonderful ladies who also share their smiles each Friday.
First, let's take a moment of silence and reflection for the more than 20,000 (to date) lives lost in the Turkey/Syria earthquake.
As promised last week, here are more puntastic signs and more puntastic humor from Vince (Rozmiarek), the sign guy.
This is the last (for now) of the signs I could find. Now PLEASE visit Annie and don't forget to start your weekend with a smile.
You made my night over here! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's been a very sad week for many people. Nature can be just as cruel as people sometimes. Your funnies brighten the day though. This guy who writes them has an amazing sense of humour and he must be a people watcher too. Take care and have a good weekend Elizabeth. Hugs, Angela xXx
ReplyDeleteAt the end of a week that has reduced us all to tears (and admiration for all the rescue workers), your signs bring a much needed pause for a smile. Thank you. Kate x
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is horrible to watch all that devastation and loss of life. I have traveled in that area of Turkey and Syria on my way to Bagdad in the early seventies.
ReplyDeleteI thoroughly enjoyed the funnies. Although some of them I didn't 'get'.
Have a lovely weekend,
Hugs,
Lisca

ReplyDeleteFun funnies, thanks for sharing. Hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteI have already prayed so much for the Turish and Syrian people. I am amazed st how many they have still found alive including a sweet doggie. I wish money would go into developing places that are earthquake sturdy like in Japan. Anyways these dogs are hilarious and much needed.
ReplyDeleteConfessing to finding things I didn't know I had now I am finally getting around to the big tidy!
ReplyDeleteThe images on the news from Turkey are heartbreaking. I hope they can get more help soon.
Hugs, Chrisx
