12/12/12

No matter how you read it, today is one of those magic days when my British, other European, and Asian friends and I can agree on how to show it.  Of course, I could call it December 12, 2012, or 12 December, 2012, but it's so much easier to call it a magic day.  After all, there won't be another one this century.  The next "magic" day will occur on 01/01/2101, and I suspect both Bleubeard and I will be long gone by then.

I think it's only appropriate that I show a gift I received in the mail a day or two ago.

In case you couldn't tell, this beauty is from Debbie at Craftymoose Crafts.  Between her annual craft fair, her etsy store, and her web site, I don't see how she had time to make this for me.  But it is a crowning jewel in my ever growing collection of rocking horses.  To say I love it would be an understatement.  In fact, it's magical.  Thank you so, so much Debbie.  It is going in one of my windows as soon as I post this.

After all, it's a very magic day, this 12/12/12.
