Yum! I love eggplant! Even just roasted with a bit of olive oil and lemon juice, salt & pepper, and eaten on thin pita bread. Delicious! Good luck getting your studio organized. Best wishes, Tammy
ooooohhh! hope you're having moussaka tonight :) i LOVE aubergines... sorry, just can't make myself say 'eggplant'... a british affliction, i'm afraid... :)
Looks good! I was just thinking about harvesting a few things myself. Too hot right now but maybe in the morning. BTW-I noticed both of our "Followers" gadgets are gone again. GRRR...Blogger.
Hey Elizabeth, thanks for dropping by.....great you could leave a comment. Is it your end or my end causing the problem with leaving comments ? Sorry I haven't dropped in for so long, I haven't done a tea post for ages, and creatively have been at a bit of a low point. Your eggplants looks beautiful and how clever are you to grow them !! What will you make ? I love that middle eastern dip called Baba Ghannouj. xx
Amazing eggplants Elizabeth. I'd love to know what they taste like? My 4yr old has a picture book called eating the alphabet! and he always shouts out 'eggplant' for E! can't wait to show him when he gets in from Nursery. Have a great week. Love your sneak peak from above. Your friend will love your creation. Gez.
