  2. Yum! I love eggplant! Even just roasted with a bit of olive oil and lemon juice, salt & pepper, and eaten on thin pita bread. Delicious! Good luck getting your studio organized. Best wishes, Tammy

  7. Looks good! I was just thinking about harvesting a few things myself. Too hot right now but maybe in the morning.

Sorry I haven't dropped in for so long, I haven't done a tea post for ages, and creatively have been at a bit of a low point. Your eggplants looks beautiful and how clever are you to grow them !! What will you make ? I love that middle eastern dip called Baba Ghannouj. xx

  10. Amazing eggplants Elizabeth. I'd love to know what they taste like? My 4yr old has a picture book called eating the alphabet! and he always shouts out 'eggplant' for E! can't wait to show him when he gets in from Nursery.

    in fact I went to a greenhouse last month to pick up some herbs to plant and an eggplant called "Ophelia" came home with me LOL...she's a mini and I have no idea when she's ready to pick!
