Yum! I love eggplant! Even just roasted with a bit of olive oil and lemon juice, salt & pepper, and eaten on thin pita bread. Delicious! Good luck getting your studio organized. Best wishes, Tammy

ReplyDeleteAmazing eggplants Elizabeth. I'd love to know what they taste like? My 4yr old has a picture book called eating the alphabet! and he always shouts out 'eggplant' for E! can't wait to show him when he gets in from Nursery.

in fact I went to a greenhouse last month to pick up some herbs to plant and an eggplant called "Ophelia" came home with me LOL...she's a mini and I have no idea when she's ready to pick!
