Blogoversary

Tomorrow my blog will be six years old. Although I didn't post except once or twice the first year I had it, once I started posting, I soon learned I love to blog. No tweets, no facebook, no other form of social media can compare in my estimation. I'm a blogger and proud of it. This anniversary has caught me off guard, especially since I'm in the process of trying to get my basement craft supplies unpacked and my studio back to normal after an agonizing six months of people putting me and my basement "project" on the back burner.

I realize it's customary to have a giveaway at this time, but I am just not in a position to do so until I can get back into my basement studio (without all the boxes sitting around unopened). So, please stay tuned and I'll have a belated blogoversary sometime soon.

  1. Congrats on sticking with it!
I feel the same way...I wasn't sure I'd continue blogging or have anything to say for more than a few posts.

  3. Congratulations on your six years! I have enjoyed your blog very much. Being new to blogging, your site was one of my first to follow. I learned so much from your techniques and loved to see all the art you created. I also agree that blogging is very healthy way for me to find myself and find others that share my ideas. Best wishes for many more postings!

  5. Happy 6 year anniversary. I've enjoyed your blog, and your friendship, very much since first posting here. Looking forward to another 6 years.

And no, you don't have to tempt me with a gift to get me to say that, hahaha.

  10. Wow, six years... good onya. As a new blogger I can only agree about the superiority of blogging over all those other 'things'. It's much more 'user friendly', and you can design every apart of it so it is totally individual.
