It is not considered a Federal holiday, so most Federal offices will be open. This is purely an American holiday, celebrating the US flag. So today, my hand made tea cup is poised to celebrate this annual event in which Americans are asked to fly their flags.

And as an update, I still can't leave comments on any blog with embedded comments. I thought by changing to a different version of Firefox, suggested by Cheryl, that it might correct the problem. ReplyDeleteI don't know what embedded comments means ... I don't use word verification. I did switch to Google Chrome and haven't had problems since. I know if you uncheck stay signed in then you can usually leave comments; that's what I did before updating to Chrome. Hope you get it figured out.
