Here's some art I created with a little this and a little that.

A little gesso, a little red paint created the background. A little pink handmade paper toned down, and contrasted with, the background. A few leaves and dead stalks from the yard completed the piece. I'm calling it Hot for Nature.
Although today's blog has nothing to do with nature,
Christine Atkins works with grass as part of her fiber sculptures and installations. She also has some incredible mixed media assemblages made with found objects. Check out her portfolio and see what I mean.

Great piece today. I love those colors together.
Hey I converted those files for you but my e-mail to you was returned as undeliverable. So, I uploaded them in your folder in the files section on the ABC group. I felt strange announcing that to the group so I hoped you'd read this note here and then get your documents there. I would try to send them again but I'm on vacation for the next three days and I wouldn't have access to them at my folks' house.
