I'm creating ICADs but am not on the sites where Tammy posts. Therefore, this is the only place you will find Bleubeard's and my ICADs.
Bleubeard and I hope to see you at these art blogs, too. Thanks for stopping by today. We are delighted you dropped by.

I have to admit... I am glad I grew up in West Germany. I never learned Russian - it looks so complicated. On the other hand.... but, well AI or friends from former East Germany always can help out.
ReplyDeleteI´m sad I could only chose between Latin or French, Spanish, which I could´ve used oh so often (Cuba, Mexico, Isla Margerita... Spain (for that matter)) was not on the list.
Wishing you a happy Friday.
...Elizabeth, these are terrific!
ReplyDeleteNice work
ReplyDeletePretty cool to see these. I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead. Happy Reading.
ReplyDeleteInteresting! You have given me a few ideas for my altered books.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed reading some of the Spanish text
Very interesting, icards
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday
Thanks for linking to Art For Fun Friday
Much love
I enjoyed your ICADs. It was interesting to read the Spanish texts and even more interesting learning about the various stamps. I have heard of Marshall as he helped Europe recover after WWII with the so-called Marshall Plan and he got the Nobel Peace Prize in 1953.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the weekend,
Lisca
These are great Elizabeth. ICADs are definitely your forte. I'm glad the judge when I had jury duty didn't looks as stern as Oliver Wendell Holmes on that stamp. And I love the colorful bee. Have a super FRiday. hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteWow! I love your ICADS, with all those stamps, foreign languages, and artsy details. Happy FFO!
ReplyDeleteThese are fabulous. I love seeing the Russian text. No, I don't speak or read it, I just like the looks of it. LOL Thank you so much for joining FFO and have a lovely day.
ReplyDeleteHi, Elizabeth! Your ICADS are lots of fun. How I wish I was fluent in another language. Have a great weekend! 🌺❤️🌺
ReplyDeleteAnother nice bunch. My favorite is Identity with the blue and aqua. Very beachy. That's where Teague and I will be in 2 weeks!
ReplyDeleteVery creative ~ Happy Weekend to you ~
ReplyDeleteHugs ^_^
Okay, my Friend ... I need a little education here. I don't know what ICAD stands for ... but I do think it is an interesting form of art. My favorite is "Judge" as our Judicial System seems to be all that is standing between us and oligarchy. I speak a bit of Spanish and a bit of French, courses taken in high school and college (do I need to tell you how long ago that was 😝), but I didn't attempt to read you Spanish and French ICADs. Just wanted to enjoy the artistic effect :) Be well, Elizabeth ...

P.S. Is Bluebeard still with you? Both of my boys have passed (Chachi and Fonzi) and I miss them.
These are good.
ReplyDeleteSending good wishes for a happy weekend.
All the best Jan
I contemplated doing ICAD this year but knew that it would get away from me. Bravo for playing along again!
ReplyDeleteThese are fun! I like the backgrounds and was surprised how much of the Spanish I actually understood. I have never done any ICADs and am not aware whether there are certain rules.
ReplyDeleteGreat!
ReplyDeleteCreating something is one of the most wonderful things you can do—yesterday I sewed a bag that I plan to use for the upcoming ballet performance in early July.
I wish you a lots of fun painting, cutting, and creating shapes... hugs from Viola
Using dry erase colors for the backgrounds is a super clever mixed-media hack, too. It is a shame you aren't posting on Tammy’s main sites, but honestly, it makes your blog feel like an exclusive little gallery space just for you and Bleubeard.
