T Stands For Water

Today you will find me back in my kitchen for T.

I'm making an effort to drink more water, even though I don't care for the taste.

I have another croissant, this time with my dill and egg salad.  I also bought 1/4 lb of shredded carrots at the deli counter.  I was surprised how much I got.  Enough for at least five or six more salads.  This is carrots, raisins, and honey mustard dressing, since I don't eat or use mayo.

Now it's your turn to share your T entry this week.  The rules are extremely simple.  Your drink related post may be anything from a photo of a glass, cup, or mug, to an actual drink.  You may choose to share a sketch or a digital, hybrid, or traditional page in your scrapbook, art journal, or altered book.  Maybe you'd prefer to share a tag, or wow us with your photography.  You might choose a postcard or decorated card.  You might even draw an image on a used tea bag.  Or perhaps you prefer to review a place you visited, a movie, or book.  It makes no difference as long as it's drink related.  And don't forget that the more unique and outside the box it is, the better we like it.  Please tie it back here, and please link only to your T post, not your entire blog.  When you link, Bleubeard, the T gang, and I will be by to visit.   Bleubeard would also like to remind you that your photos may be taken any time, even months or years ago, if you choose.

  2. It's good that you try to drink more water. I sometimes forget that, too. In order to keep to it I established a rule that I drink a small glass of water whenever I'm in the kitchen. I'm in my kitchen often, so I manage to drink quite a bit of water. If you don't care for the taste freeze some lemon juice into ice cubes and put a cube into your water bottle. It tastes so fresh! Happy T day!

  3. I drink a lot of water, too - why not mix it with either juice or fresh lemon. Or cucumber-slices, strawberries....

  4. Water is so essential and unfortunately we often don't drink it!!
It's great to have a bottle next to you, so you won't forget it and you'll stay hydrated!!

  5. Yes, keep hydrated. Good! I have a 7 litre water dispenser sitting on top of my pellet stove (which doesn't get used in the summer of course) and I force myself to drink a glass of water every time I pass it. I don't like the taste either, so I just knock it down quickly and give myself a mental pat on the back.
Your sandwich looks nice as does your carrot salad. I like carrots so I'll copy your idea, if I can find a way of shredding them like that.
    Happy T-Day,
    Lisca
