Simply glorious. I never, ever tire of murals. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteVery interesting mural, so many great details. Have a great day, keep warm. We had snow here, too, but not that much. Hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteIncluding the neon sign on the building is a great addition to your mural post. I wish everyone would expand the context of murals that they photograph!
ReplyDeletebest... mae at maefood.blogspot.com
Great mural - and sign, too.
ReplyDeleteI am amazed at how many murals are within your travel distance! It’s a colorful area. Unrelated, thx for your comment on my blog. I learned that deer shed antlers, who knew?! Thus, one antler at times.
ReplyDeleteGood morning, another awesome mural find
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool design and a fun way to illustrate all the seasons.
ReplyDeleteThat neon sign is cool. It makes me wonder if the Anchor is a bar or more of an upscalish type of place since they serve both coffee and liquor. I see geology here in this mural, ending with the modern slot canyon. Sorry to see it in such a geeky way. I got really excited to see the now extinct creatures from days millions of years ago on the seabed. The beauty is you can explain these murals any way that works for you. Thanks for sharing this one Elizabeth! Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
ReplyDeleteAnother cool mural. I didn't see 4 seasons, but the 4 elements: earth, air, fire, water. And a cool name for a bar,
ReplyDelete...I like it, but Kansas doesn't seem like the place for this theme. Is my knowledge of geography failing me? Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWow! this is fabulous! You have the best murals in your town. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteThis colourful mural is very attractive with a multitude of details and very original patterns. but I have a special fondness for this little mermaid on her anchor, even if in kansas, the tide is really low :-)
ReplyDeleteWell done, shooting in the cold. My hands always shake and they always come out bad!
ReplyDeleteCan't mistake that anchor. Very interesting landscapes. :)
ReplyDeleteNice. I'm not sure about the meaning. But you could be right
ReplyDeleteI do see the Four Seasons in the mural. Quite beautifully done Elizabeth.
ReplyDeleteThanks for contributing to Monday Murals.
Beautiful mural to show us the diversity of the world and the sign typical the diversity of the human mind. Thanks for showing us.
ReplyDeleteI also love the neon sign!
ReplyDeleteA really interesting one! Such detail. Not only do you brave freezing temps to get your photos, you must also put some miles into the effort! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThere is so much going on in this mural ... it's got very strong colours and images and emotions running through it. Thank you for giving us a peek!
