Cinco de Mayo


Please join me in wishing my dear friend Halle a very happy birthday.  I hope it's the best ever, dear Halle.

    Happy Cinco de Mayo! I used to celebrate this holiday with my art students by focusing on art by Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo.

    Happy cinco de mayo to you. I hope you get some yummy Mexican food like those stuffed jalapenos you have ordered before. And I will need to stop by Halle's blog to wish her happy birthday. Hope you aren't too sore today. I am a bit, but not terrible but am mostly tired and don't want to do anything much at all. Of course the grey skies aren't helping.     As it happens I cooked vegan filled tex mex tacos today not knowing that they were appropriate today...lol!
